These have been used for maybe 3-4 hours MAX. Unfortunately our baby has a severe Cows milk allergy and we found goat milk has worked best for her. You will need to purchase your own parts as those are only for one user. The times I did use this pump it was by far my favorite. I had 3 other pumps. The Willow was a game changer and emptied me well. Comes with chargers, original box.
