Top zipper pull is broken (pictured) zips open and close well.
A few minor holes that can & should be patched up to keep this going for another 50 years.
A few black dots, possibly ink, maybe spot removal will help.
Inside water repellant layer has flaked, I’ve brushed all but the most stubborn.
Inside fraying at the seams has been carefully sealed with a lighter.
