She fulfilled that request and began her company in the basement of her Denver home. From this modest beginning, the company has grown to be one of the major suppliers of fashion, novelty and basic buttons in the United States and is the international leader in novelty buttons. The company was incorporated in 1969 under JHB IMPORTS, INC. and adopted the trade name of JHB INTERNATIONAL, INC. In 1980.
