I purchased this for my baby to wear on Halloween, but then ended up wearing it afterwards for as a cozy pram in the car seat. It does have a little Tigger face on top as shown in second photo. The material is so so soft and this is like new condition. The size is newborn, but it works 0 to 3 for us as well.
