This is the Thrustmaster T500RS. Originally for PS3, but a converter is also included, allowing for play on PS4 and PS5. (The converter cost about 12,000 yen.)
The original pedals broke, so I purchased and used the pedals from the T300RS GT Edition separately.
It's a somewhat old item, so there is some wear and tear. Thank you.
