I have no way of displaying these on a window; however, I have taken a lot of photos. These have never been hung. there is no store tags or packaging.
Only one side of the panel is displayed. The other side is identical so hung up both sides of the panel will have the ornate gold trim.

These have a tag indicating origin of India, however, there are no tags indicating fabric. They feel like silk to me, however, I do not want to represent them as such without proof. Know that you will be getting high quality and beautiful draping for a great price. Possibly silk.

The teal color is so rich, add in the gold trim on both sides and gold dots that are stitched with metallic thread, and ruffles at the top with the same fabric making it a tonal texture; The bottom is also stitched with decorative lines.
