I assembled this Steampunk costume to wear for an event last year and have only worn everything apart from the top once. The top is new as I didn’t wear it I chose another one. Set consists of a skirt, black “lace” crop length top, soft under-bust corset effect top, coat and hat. I’d say its for a size 8 but the skirt is quite roomy and the corset style top can be extended in width with the lace-up ribbon at the back. The coat can be worn open or buttoned up as in the pics.
