Therefore, buckwheat Skvira is light, has a rich aroma of finished buckwheat and is quickly prepared. The grain is very clean and buckwheat should not be sorted out.
• Groats made only from select buckwheat grains (special buckwheat varieties). The production technology allows it to retain its fragrant aroma, taste, and benefits.
• Rinse 1 cup of grains, add to boiling salted water in a 1:2 ratio. After boiling, reduce the heat, cover, and cook for 15 minutes without stirring. Remove from heat and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Add butter to taste.
