- STERILIZED, VAC-SEALED & READY TO USE – Every bag is pressure-cooked at 17 PSI for 90 minutes to ensure maximum sterility. After cooling, bags are placed into a vacuum-sealed protective sleeve so they arrive at your door fresh, sterile, and shipment-safe.
- COMMERCIAL-GRADE FEATURES – Each mini grow bag includes a self-healing injection port reinforced with a commercial-grade adhesive patch that stays secure during sterilization and shipping. Bags also include a .5-micron gas-exchange filter for proper airflow. Shelf life is minimum 4 months when kept vacuum-sealed at room temperature.

- PREP KIT INCLUDED – Comes with nitrile gloves, alcohol swabs, and a face mask so you have the essentials needed for a clean inoculation setup.
- CLEAN PREP INSTRUCTIONS – Before inoculation, turn off all airflow and sanitize your workspace with 70% isopropyl alcohol. Spray the room with disinfectant and allow 20 minutes to settle. Shower and put on clean clothes. Many hobbyists prefer working in a bathroom, as small spaces are easier to sanitize.
- INJECTION GUIDELINES – Wear gloves wiped with 70% isopropyl alcohol and sanitize your syringe. Always flame-sterilize the needle between injections. Inject 3 cc of your preferred spores (not included). Do not disturb the substrate until it reaches 80% colonization. Keep bags stored in a dark, humid location and allow the filter patch to breathe.
- [INCUBATION & FRUITING] Grow bags must be kept in the dark to prevent premature fruiting. Light triggers fruiting. We recommend incubating in a cardboard box or closet. Once bag is fully colonized place bag in refrigerator for 8-12 hours to activate. You can grow right inside the bag only cutting bag open to harvest then seal bag again and try to get more mushrooms growing. Wrap foil or black plastic sheet around the sides and bottom of the bag to prevent side and bottom pinning. When substrate is colonized add light at least 12 hours a day to trigger fruiting. If you have a window with indirect sunlight that is great.
- INCUBATION & FRUITING MADE EASY – Keep bags in the dark to avoid premature fruiting—light triggers fruiting. Ideal incubation spots include a closet or cardboard box. Once fully colonized, refrigerate bags for 8–12 hours to activate. Grow directly inside the bag—simply cut open to harvest, reseal, and attempt additional flushes. Wrap sides with foil or black plastic to prevent side/bottom pinning. Introduce 12+ hours of indirect light daily to trigger fruiting.
- [HARVESTING] Mushrooms are ready to pick when the veil underneath the cap separates. The best way to dry mushrooms is to buy an adjustable window screen from a big box store and dry them on that. You can pick these type of window screens pretty cheap. Using a ceramic knife to harvest is best to prevent oxidation on areas of the mushrooms that were cut.
