The accessories are only those in the photos. Operation has been confirmed. The monitor works, but it doesn't display during shooting, although recording is taking place. Playback and settings screens are displayed on the monitor.
Appearance: Scratches and dirt present.
Lens: Clean, with perhaps a little dust.
Monitor: Deteriorated, but displays.
Battery chamber: Slightly dirty.
Shutter/Flash: Operation confirmed.
I have confirmed the above, but please check the photos as there may be oversights regarding the appearance, and there may be individual differences.
Regarding the DATE display, I have not checked that function on models that require a separate battery. Some models may not function even if the battery has some remaining capacity. If you have any other concerns, please feel free to ask.
