This is a vintage Avon 1876 Cape Cod Collection ruby red pie or cake server with a stainless steel blade.
The design is inspired by the Roman Rosette classical pattern from the 1825 Boston & Sandwich Glass Works.
The deep ruby red handle was produced for Avon by the Wheaton Glass Company between 1975 and 1992.
The stainless steel blade was made exclusively for Avon by Regent Sheffield in England.
The server measures approximately 9 5/8 inches long.
