Glass artist. After graduating from Tama Art University, Faculty of Design, she studied glass at the Tokyo Glass Art Institute. She creates using the pâte de verre technique, which involves hand-carving reliefs into plaster molds and filling them with glass powder for casting. Utilizing the characteristics of this technique, she uses a soft transparency and rich colors reminiscent of confectionery, and presents her works in galleries, department store exhibitions, and POP UP shops with a simple style that makes viewers feel like children again.
