This is a near-mint copy of Prima’s Unauthorized Guide to Resident Evil Director’s Cut. Though preowned, this guide is near-pristine.
Please use the pictures provided to judge the condition of the item for yourself. The cover and binding are nice and strong, with very little wear, and the cover has a nice gloss. There is a price sticker on the rear cover, but I don’t remove those. The pages are crisp and white, with no writing or markings.
