Here is a wonderful Stier Bear -- "Sylvester -- by beloved and renowned Artist Bear Maker Kathleen Wallace. Since the passing of the artist, Stier Bears have become even more collectible and sought after. This bear has wonderful curly mohair and a charming expression. He is five-way jointed, glass eyes, hand-stitched mouth and nose, felt pads. He wears a handmade collar, crafted by an artist from an antique bells. He is signed on the foot by the artist(fading see picture) and on his stitched-in tag. He has his original swing tag. His original price was $295. As with all Stier bears, he is quite substantial at 19 inches and has his functioning "cry" box intact.
Pre-owned and cared for by a collector and stored in a climate controlled, non-smoking environment.
