The chullo is a traditional garment woven from sheep or alpaca wool, attributed to ancient Peruvians during the pre-Hispanic era to protect themselves from the cold of the high Andes.
The chullo is a woolen hat with ear flaps, woven with multicolored patterns, used in the Andean regions to protect against the cold. Geometric designs can also be seen in the images. This chullo is handmade by Peruvian artisans from an Andean community in Cusco.
