  An extra thick all-purpose carbon steel knife! The knife is made of razor-sharp high carbon steel with a nice polished finish. The fixed blade extends down through the handle for a durable & well made knife. The blade has a perfect balance between length & width, which gives it a better experience when using it. The knife is also easy to sharpen when need arises. The handle is impact resistant with a large comfortable good grip & has a finger guard for safety. A great & durable thick carbon steel knife!

Therefore, it is important to try & keep your carbon steel blades away from moist or damp environments as much as possible. It is also a good idea to occasionally wipe the blade with a light oil, such as mineral oil from time to time. It is also a good idea to wipe the blade dry after each use.
