Luycho x Oyow Lovers-01

“ I make stories. I love watermelon. ” These were the lines that introduced illustrator ‘oyow’. It means his work is as simple as those simple lines, but also implicative. This collaboration with oyow is based on the motif of ‘animals with people in everyday life’. * A bearded middle-aged man is sitting on his favorite sofa and smoking a pipe. But when a mirror cup is placed on the saucer, a cat sits on the man’s head. In fact, the man is bald and has no beard. These were made by his beloved cat. Luycho wavy saucer is a product consisting of one set with a straight mirror cup. If you put the mirror cup on it, the other hidden image of the cup is reflected dramatically. The two images simultaneously showed by the mirror cup are designed so that it is felt as one image and space connected.

• Even though there is a wavy pattern on the product, it is designed to allow water to escape from both sides during cleaning.
• The mirror cup is made with high-temperature soil(higher than 1230°C) and unlike plastic or glass, the surface of the product could be partially uneven like stain of glaze, pin hole, tiny scratch and fine lump. It is wrapped in a thin metal material, porcelain cups also have excellent insulation. It is not easily peeled off when compared to exsisting plating products.
• *Caution*Keep out of the reach of small children.Not for use in dishwasher or microwave.Cleaning with a rough brush can damage the surface.There is a print smearing phenomenon partially in the printing process of a product. Clean the dirt with a soft microfiber fabric rather than washing saucer directly with water.Though there may be an ink smells on the printed side of the product, but the smell gradually fades.Water stain does not remain when water is completely removed after washing.
