This is the Sapphire Blue Matte Luxe VL Harmony. It still has the tag on it but I received it in a Lug Mystery Bundle. It could have been a host sample. It is in excellent condition.
The bag is 12.5"w x 8.5"h x 5.5"d and weighs a little over a pound. It includes a shoulder strap AND an adjustable removable crossbody strap. The bag sells on Lug's website for $115.
