if you’re unsure about sizing i’m happy to provide extra measurements. It fits me as a 28in waist 5’9 person for reference. tag says 31.5-34.65 in for bust (80-88cm)
the bow is detachable with a pin back and the belt slides in the loops on the dress top. cape says “i’m in love with you” and “romantic story.”
i’ve worn this out a couple of times but it’s in great condition. No marks or holes. only warning is that the buttons on the top came fragile. I had to resew a button which is one of the pics.
