RTI brand Virgin refrigerant Tank Adapter. This adapts most 30 lb Virgin tanks to a low side blue service coupler fitting so the Refrigerant can be taken in through the low side hose on the AC machine. 1/2″ Acme Female to Low Side R134A. Many older ac machines require this fitting and it is the only way to get Refrigerant back into the internal tank of the machine. On newer model machines this can be used as an alternative to the tank fill process which can be a timely step before ac service can start.
