Drill America DWRR series Qualtech High-Speed Steel chucking reamer. It is designed for accurate reaming in most materials using all types of equipment including screw machines, turret lathes, drill presses and machining centers. It is regularly pointed with a 45 degrees chamfer. The straight-flute design is recommended for most general purpose reaming. High-speed steel tools are good for most general purpose applications, offering a combination of hardness and toughness for wear resistance. Uncoated tools feature just the base substrate without any additional treatment or coatings and are suitable for a wide range of applications. Round shanks allow use with a wide variety of tool holding systems. Straight flute tools allow chips to collect in the flutes as they cut and are well suited for most applications in shallow cuts.
