I preferred Circular over Oura because:
- no subscription
- ring has a control button & silent alarm vibration
- vibration notifications for calls/texts
- can take live measurements (current HR, % of max HR, current HRV, activity intensity, and SpO2- oura can only show current HR)
- measures VO2 max and blood oxygenation
- reports stress levels
- vital alerts by ring vibration (low SpO2, low HR, high HR)
- timer via ring vibration
- charger is smaller & more portable
- AI guide to interpret data, explain your insights/make predictions for your health & readiness
