Cools up to 450 sq. ft as advertised. Cools a bedroom nicely. Bought two of these last summer as my landlord didn’t want to replace the 55 year old unit that’s nearly totaled at the “condo” apartment I’m renting.
Included is the unit, the condensation drain tube, the window insulation kit. The flexible tube vent. The remote and the manual Like the other listing its missing pieces of the foam that would insulate the window. It’s got all three pieces of the insulation kit board.
I am unable to ship something this size so I’d prefer local pickup or to deliver this. I am willing deliver up to 100 miles outside of the DuPage County area.
