Aruba 7005 Cloud Services Contoller

The Aruba JW634A is a cloud services controller that brings Aruba’s enterprise networking expertise to branch offices and small campus sites. It optimizes cloud applications, secures traffic, and simplifies the way IT teams deliver wired and wireless connectivity in remote locations.

With four Gigabit Ethernet ports and support for as many as 4,000 users, the controller can replace separate branch routers, firewalls, and wireless gateways with one appliance that is easy to deploy and manage. Centralized policy control lets administrators push the same access rules to every branch, while local bridging keeps latency low for in-office traffic such as voice and video.

Security is handled by Aruba’s Next-Generation Mobility Firewall, which performs stateful inspection at up to 8 Gbps. Built-in AppRF technology identifies more than 1,500 applications in real time, so critical services get priority and unknown traffic can be contained. Secure IP tunnels protect data between the branch and the data center, and the controller supports both IPv4 and IPv6 services to fit modern network plans.
