These sturdy plastic storage library units hold approximately 250 embedding rings, 400 processing/embedding cassettes, or combinations of both, or other commonly used rings & cassettes even our Jumbo tissue cassettes. They are constructed of High Impact Polystyrene (HIP) for strength and flatness. Inner drawer is removable and comes with large ID labels. These units are stackable. Both dark green marbled and blue marbled color cassette file cabinets have Evergreen's unique sunburst decorative pattern. One of the advantages of having different color file cabinets is to be able to customize your own storage system. They also offer an opportunity to color code different types of tissue and/or biopsy cassettes.
