"Pretty Sure Its A Type-o & Was Supposed to mean "Seattle" instead of "Soattlo" Very Rare And A Part Of History especially the war and times back then to have a piece of history in your hands or framed in a glass case will add a bit of mystery for what's behind the letter and story and overall history encapsulated in this letter!
It's been sealed since as long as the person that sealed and sent it in 1935
Either Open it or keep the memories tucked away for that special one it was meant for as perhaps just perhaps the writer of the letter is still waiting for the reciever to open it:)
